The Pharoahs Car Club of St. Johns FL is accepting vendors for our upcoming events in 2026.
All of our events are at Trout Creek Memorial Park & Marina, which creates consistency for you, the vendor.
Our vendor rates are extremely competive and allow for you to make maximum profit.
All vendor fees go to our charity of choice, K9s For Warriors. As a 501(c)(3) ourselves, we have raised nearly $13,000 in 3 years through our events and club operations.
Rain Policy:
If it dramatically rains and the event is called to a close, vendors will not be required to pay their fee if this occurs before the midway point of the event. It is an optional donation in this situation. If it rains after the midway point, the vendor fee is still required.
